First, I right click on icon docker on taskbar then select settings

Open settings docker for Windows 10

Next, You choose tab Deamon then click to switch Basic to Advanced then change line: "experimental": false => "experimental": true

Last, You restart Docker and check it one time with command line: docker run -it ubuntu
